8 Terrorists Of Banned Group SIMI Escape From Bhopal Prison After Killing Guard


Bhopal, Eight terrorists of the banned group Students Islamic Movement of India or SIMI escaped from prison in Bhopal late on Sunday night after killing a guard.
Around 2 am at the Bhopal Central Jail, the terrorists killed a head constable, Rama Shankar, by slitting his throat with a knife. Then they used blankets to climb the boundary walls. For their escape, the prisoners chose Diwali night, when people across the country celebrate by bursting crackers.”There will be an investigation into lapses,” said Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Bhupendra Singh.
