G.A. Mir discusses Party Affairs, JK Situation with Rahul Gandhi meets Ambika Soni, Gulam Nabi Azad


Srinagar Nov. 27. The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir during his three-day tour to Union Capital (Delhi) held series of discussions with Party Leadership, briefing them about the current, socio, political scenario in the State.
Apart from holding detailed discussions with Rahul Gandhi, G.A. Mir also met Ambika Soni and LOP Gulam Nabi Azad.
JKPCC President G.A. Mir while concluding his tour of Union Capital called on AICC President Rahul Gandhi and briefed him about the socio, political scenario obtaining in the State.
Both the leaders held, threadbare, discussion on organizational affairs and activities in all the three regions of the State.
The security scenario in the State, besides many issues of public importance also came under discussion.
On this occasion, both (Rahul Gandhi & G.A. Mir) expressed serious concern over the fragile situation and political uncertainty prevailing in the State, holding Centre Govt directly responsible for political crisis in the State.
Both (Rahul Gandhi & Mir) also discussed the strategies to be adopted with regard to strengthening the Party further in all the three regions. Congress President also deliberated on Congress party’s role under the given circumstances in the State.
Prior to the meeting with Rahul Gandhi JKPCC President also held one to one meetings with AICC General Secretary Ambika Soni, who is also incharge of Party Affairs in J&K and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Gulam Nabi Azad.
They also discussed the current political crisis in the State, besides holding discussions on organizational affairs and activities.(ANH)
