Handwara killings: Hurriyat (G) vows to fight against suspension of 7 employees

Srinagar, April 23: Hurriyat Conference (G) strongly condemned the suspension of seven government employees from services on the “pretext” of Handwara killings.
“This is the worst manifestation of our slavery as instead of taking actions against the perpetrators of 5 murders so called administration choose to sack these employees, who raised voice against the forces brutality and massacre, which is unacceptable to us and Hurriyat (G) will not remain silent over this issue,” said a spokesman.
In a statement, Hurriyat (G) spokesman Ayaz Akber said they were monitoring the situation closely.
“If the administration didn’t revoke the suspension order, then Hurriyat (G) will raise its voice on this injustice and will explore some strategy over it,” he said.
