Painting competition held in Anantnag


Srinagar 03 June: Jammu and Kashmir police has organized a painting competition under civic action programme in District Anantnag.
The competition was held at South Kashmir Range Police headquarters Anantnag in which 31 students from different schools participated.
In the competition, Irtaza Mehraj of class 4th of EFF EMM School bagged first place while Adeeba Ashraf a student of class 4th of EFF EMM School Anantnag and Azra Sabzar of Police Public School Anantnag bagged 2nd and 3rd places respectively. They were awarded with cash prizes and mementos, besides all the participants were given certificates of participation.
The DIG, SKR, Shri Nitish Kumar, SSP Anantnag Shri Abdul Jabbar and Addl. SP Kulgam Shri Shabir Nawab, spoke on the occasion and stressed on the children to take part in co-curricular activities besides their studies.
On The occasion, Chief Prosecuting officer RPHQ, Shri Mushtaq Ahmad welcomed the guests and the participants. The vote of thanks was presented by SO to DIG, SKR, Shri Mohammad Abass.
