Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir Youth Development Forum ,chief patron Farooq Ganderbali  while reacting to the statement of Pakistan Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharief and the resolution passed by Pakistan National Assembly, said that Pakistan itself is not interested to solve Jammu and Kashmir issue.
In a statement issued here today he said that though Pakistan refers the UNO resolution and asks the Government of India to hold plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir, but Pakistan itself had not abided by the UNO resolution so far, which has recognized Pakistan as aggressor, asked it to vacate the occupied areas of Jammu and Kashmir and put the same under the jurisdiction of Indian Government, before the plebiscite could be held. He asked Pakistan to stop interfering in the internal matters of India.
Ganderbali said that Pakistan has no legal claim over Jammu and Kashmir. The ruler of Jammu and Kashmir State was only authorized to decide about the accession of the State and he signed the same in favour of India. Pakistan has complicated the Jammu and Kashmir issue by sending the tribals and its forces to invade Jammu and Kashmir in 1947 and then staging a war in 1965 to capture the State. By training terrorists and importing them in the Valley, instigating the Kashmiri masses, Pakistan is responsible for disturbing the peace and tranquillity of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Pakistan, by virtue of its policy of supporting terrorism, has become a danger and vogue State not only for the peace of Indian Sub-Continent but is being branded as a terrorism breeding country and added that it itself had become victim of its own sponsored terrorism.
He asserting that J&K was and will always remain part on India and enjoying the benefits of democratic system and had developed many folds in all the fields of development. “Jammu and Kashmiris have full faith in Indian democracy and overwhelming participation of the people in recent assembly polls is an ample proof of it,” he added.
