Expressing concern over the alleged custodial torture of Kathua minor rape and murder case campaigner Talib Hussain, Qamar Choudhary on Friday urged government to ensure his safety in police custody.
He while elaborating about article 169, said that the mentioned article provides space in the constitution that accused should be released when evidence deficient.
